Paige had never been able to sit “Indian” style her whole life. After 3 sessions of on the Pilates Reformer she now can!

Ellie, knick-named the “Energizer Bunny” at our studio because she has the most energy of anyone. In her first four weeks she increased her height from 5’4” to 5’4 ˝ “ and she lost ˝ inch around her waist and 1 inch around her hips, lost ˝ inch in her arms and ˝ inch in her legs. She lost 1 pound and weighs in at 125 lbs. Her abdominal strength increased 40%, leg and arm strength increased 10%. Most importantly Ellie regained 1/’2 inch of her height.
