- BackNoodle Video Series was
developed to help people having back challenges to become stronger,
more flexible and in some cases pain free. The exercises are created
from the use of modified beginner Mat Pilates movements for
strengthening the core, adding in therapy foam rollers, referred to in
the video as BackNoodle, for balance, gentle stretching incorporating
mind body awareness. The exercises finish with mat stretches for
flexibility and relaxation.

how to use the BackNoodle 1/2 foam roller for lengthening and
strengthening spine, improving posture and becoming aware of your body
through relaxation breathing.

stretches to relax your mind and body. Your body will immediately
"feel good" when you finish with this gentle, flexibility section.
